  • Yes. Our standard deposit is $185. It will be credited towards your full balance.

    If you book multiple houses or items, such as marquees, the deposit can be as much as $200 or 50%.

    These are only refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of booking. Deposits are not refunded for any reason beyond 24 hours of booking.

  • Jeaux Jumps services Baton Rouge, La. We will consider deliveries outside of the area. These deliveries will be subject to a travel fee. Please contact us for more details.

  • We do not deliver if the chance of rain is greater than 35%. If the event is during the expected rain, we can move to a later time or reschedule to a different date. No refunds are given due to poor weather conditions. No exceptions.

    If wind is greater than 14 MPH (including gusts) we reserve the right to not make the delivery of our rental items. The final decision is upon Jeaux Jumps. No refunds are given due to wind conditions.

  • Yes, we are fully insured.

  • Book now. We have dates reserved all throughout the year. Never assume your date will be available.

    If you are unsure of the exact date, you can reserve the date you expect your event to be held and change at a later time.

  • The simple answer is no. We have purchased champagne for smaller gatherings outside of a private venue. We are not allowed to bring champagne within many local venues. We will provide flutes and OJ if needed. Contact us for more details.

  • No. Our bounce houses can support kids to kids at heart depending on the size of the house.

  • We allow balloons to be added by the renter. It can be a big task adding them without a professional or someone familiar with bounce houses. If you need assistance, we have amazing balloon artists who can assist. If there is damage due to balloons, we will charge a repair or replacement fee.

  • Your bounce house rental will include your bouncer, tarps, grass turf, hooks to display party decor, blower and stakes or sandbags to secure the house.

  • We understand having additional fun items for your kids to enjoy at their party is a priority. However, there are a few things that will damage our bounce houses which means we cannot allow them inside.

    Food of any kind, drinks, sharp objects (keys, knives, utensils, etc.,) confetti, face paints, gender reveal powder, dyed feathers, painted outfits, fur babies, silly string. If you have a question about specific items, ask before booking. You will be subject to a cleaning fee up to $500 or full replacement.

  • At this time we only accept credit or debit card payments. PayPal is the exception. Please ask if you prefer PayPal. We DO NOT accept cash. Checks are only for non-profits.

  • We do not refund any money paid towards balances. If you book with us and cancel your booking within 24 hours of payment, we will refund the deposit.

    Issues with delivery or setup does not warrant a refund. We will provide a credit of the money paid for a future booking.

  • There are items that can be picked up. Certain marquees, backdrops, props and furniture are available to pickup. Bounce houses, stacked marquee setups, ball pits and champagne carts are not.
